I’ve been looking forward to this day all week! On Monday, I shared with you the ‘I Love You to the Moon & Back Again‘ pillow that I created for the Baby Lock Love of Sewing Challenge. You can get all the details on how to create the pillow on the previous post found here including the free PDF download. But today, I’m going to show you how to use the IQ Designer feature of the Baby Lock Destiny II Sewing and Embroidery machine with a new video I’ve created!
As I have mentioned several times now, this machine is absolutely incredible. It has so many different features, but the IQ Designer is one of the features that I think truly sets this machine apart from the rest. With IQ Designer, it feels like anything is possible. You can take handmade works of art or things printed from your home computer, scan them into the Destiny II machine using the scanning frame and turn your works of art into machine embroidery all within the machine. You don’t need any additional digitizing or editing software on your computer. Again, this is all done within the machine. And after you’ve created your machine embroidery, you can continue to customize and edit your design to make it exactly as you envisioned.
Well, enough chit-chat from me, today I’ve got a video that I filmed in my home studio (this is the first time I’ve ever filmed in my own space) where I’m going to show you just how amazing IQ Designer really is on the Baby Lock Destiny II. Check out the video below……..
The Cottage Mama & IQ Designer
I hope you enjoyed my video! I was only able to touch on one component of IQ Designer, but I hope you were excited to see how much fun you can have with this feature on the Destiny II.
I’ve really enjoyed getting to be one of the guest ‘Sewlebrities’ for the Love of Sewing Challenge sponsored by Baby Lock Sewing and Embroidery Machines. My week has now come to an end, but make sure to check out some of the other designers and guests that will be featured in upcoming weeks or check out the first three that you might have missed. They are all focusing on different aspects of the Destiny II machine, so you’re sure to be inspired to create. Thanks so much for joining me here in my corner of the world and…….
Until next time……
