Since there were 200 entries in The Cottage Mama Sewing Contest and only 15 were able to be selected for the finals, I wanted to share some of the contestants entries that didn’t make it into the finals. The finalists were selected based on many different factors, including creativity and how they changed up The Cottage Mama Sewing Pattern. There were many, many contestants who sewed beautiful versions of the patterns and I’m excited to share some of those with you here today:

Not sure how you ever narrowed it down! So many wonderful creations! Can’t wait for tomorrow.
These are amazing – that romper is gorgeous and oh my goodness how did they not make the finals – tough competition!
Every one of these are outstanding and just gorgeous. They are all winners to me! I have all grandsons, but love to look at the little girls dresses…so precious. Can’t wait to see the winners!
Wow, every one of those outfits are to die for. This must have been the hardest contest to judge. These and the finalists projects were just amazing!!

The entries on this page are just outstanding! The photography and fabrics and children should all be displayed and shared in some magazine. This is like judging America’s Got Talent, how can anyone not make it with such talent in the finals!
Every last one is beautiful!! I actually gasped aloud when I saw that Runaround Romper though, so classic and elegant. I’d love to see that on a sweet little baby boy!
Such stunning creations! Apparently I need the Georgia vintage dress in my life.
Ooooh Lindsay having my Pj’s on this list is as wonderful as winning the competition!
What an honour to be included along with these beautiful creations 🙂
Thank you so much for having this fabulous competition it was great extending my sewing skills & now thanks to the great pattern all the granddaughters have new Pj’s & their dollies do too!
It’s a honor to be featured here. participating for the contest and looking at everyone’s creative entries was an inspiring experience. Thank you very much Lindsey.
Wow, these are all amazing and inspiring. Can’t wait to try some of these patterns.
