Would love to try making your Apple Pancake recipe for my grandchildren but where I come from we can’t buy sticks of butter so I have no way of knowing how much butter by weight to put in the recipe. Can you tell me how much a stick of butter weighs?

    • Typically, in the US, one pound of butter comes as 4 sticks, making each stick 1/4 pound. So half a stick would be 1/8 pound.
