Today is my first ‘Project Design Team’ post for Riley Blake Designs. I’m sharing how to make this fun embellished hoodie from the new line ‘Woodland Trails‘.

‘Woodland Trails‘ is absolutely adorable. The colors are so sweet and the design is whimsical and fun. There are many feminine prints, but there are also quite a few prints that could be used for boys as well. This Fat Quarter Bundle includes one fat quarter from each of the prints in the line for a total of 27.

I think that woodland trails fabric is stinkin’ adorable. If i had to pick a different one though, I think the Fly a kite line that is coming out soon is really sweet. I also like that there is a laminate fabric in the line too.

Woodland Trails was right near the top of the list. Woodland Trails and the others below because we have an adorable Granddaughter who is now 3 weeks old and needs cute little girlie fabrics made into stuff for her.

The Sweetest Thing by Zoe Pearn Designs
and Scoot because Jami at Embroidables.com was working on (and now has released) matching machine embroiery designs for that fabric line. They are just as adorable as the fabrics. With a Grandson who is almost 7 months old it’s a perfect fabric line.

I’m really looking forward to the “Peak Hour” line of fabrics – my 3 yr old is obsessed with cars, especially construction vehicles! He sees me make all of these girly things for my daughter, and asks for his own shirt, bag, pants, etc. This line of fabrics will be PERFECT!!!!
Fox Trails – making my son a quilt for his 1st big boy bed. Although it will be awhile until he is ready…but might as well have the quilt ready!! I love this line too but my son would not appreciate it on his bed!

I just found your blog today and I’m so glad I did. It’s just beautiful. I stumbled across it when I was looking for bedroom ideas and I found your girls bedroom and it’s absolutely stunning. I love the idea of the embroidery hooks and fabric on the walls and I definitely want to do that too! Just need to get collecting hoops!
So anyway I know there isn’t really a mission of me winning this fabric but I would love it if you could enter me in the draw. I think the woodland trails is just lovely. I love how the bundle would work for boys and girls, everyone really. I mean what’s not to love about it.
Anyway if I get time I’ll post about it on my blog but if not the one entry will do. Needless to say I am now a follower and I’m just in awe of your work, pretty amazing.
