Sometimes the best things in life are the simplest. One of my all time favorite quick, yet satisfying lunches is avocado bread. So simple, yet so incredibly delicious.
Ingredients:
1 Avocado
2 pieces Italian bread
Olive oil
Garlic Salt

I love avocados in all forms at all times…our favorite is guacamole, only three of us at home and I use 3 avocados, and it is gone in one sitting!!

We do this using the Ezekial bread. Just thinking about it makes my mouth drool.
