So has the news been scaring you a little with all this talk of flu? Well, it has certainly made me nervous, that’s for sure. It seems like everyone has been sick so much lately. We love to do playdates with our friends, but it’s like once one family is on the mend, another one goes down. Which has definitely led to some disappointment for my girls when they aren’t getting to play with their buddies as often as they would like.
Luckily, knock on wood, we have only been sick once this cold / flu season. The kids got a pretty bad cold before the holidays. They had it for about a week and then got over it right before Christmas. And since then we’ve been staying pretty healthy (now that I just said this we are going to come down with the plague……great).
The teachers at the kids preschool are really good about keeping things clean and they give each child a squirt of hand sanitizer when they come into the room. I think that has really helped a lot. But also, when the girls come home I make sure that they wash their hands thoroughly right when they get inside. They say if you sing the Happy Birthday song a couple times while washing your hands then you know you’ve done it for the right amount of time to get rid of the germs.
For the most part we use a lot of natural cleaners around the house, but there are some cases where only the heavy duty, disinfecting stuff will do. And while cleaning your homes should occur on a regular basis, you should definitely aim to disinfect your home from time to time.

I love the disinfecting wipes! I keep a container in each bathroom and in the kitchen. My husband even uses them! That is saying a lot about how awesome they are!
I love Clorox wipes. I like to keep them in the bathrooms and encourage family members to use them to wipe things down, after use. Really helps to keep the bathrooms clean and sanitized. We also use them on our boat for cleaning and sanitizing. And, I’ve been known to take them into work and hand out to co-workers during flu/cold season, to encourage them to wipe down their phones, computer keyboards and desks. I don’t want anyone I know to get sick (as I don’t want to get sick).

I am a retired nursery school teacher and I discovered how important Clorox wipes are when I was teaching. In addition to using them in my home, I also keep a container in my car.

I use Clorox wipes to wipe the house down every couple of days, but I use good old Clorox bleach and water to do a major sanitizing session once a month.
We use the Clorox wipes, toilet bowl cleaner, and Clorox anywhere hard surface spray to keep our home clean. It’s especially great to have a house with all the bugs going around!

When I was a teacher I used Clorox Disinfecting Wipes to keep desks and classroom surfaces clean and sanitized. I love the Clorox wipes! My whole family already caught a nasty bug, and I’m terrified we will get something again before the season is over.
The Clorox wipes are fantastic, but I love the High Efficiency Bleach Gel for laundry. It is thick so it doesn’t splash when I pour it into the reservoir of my washer. Its gets all the grime and muck out of my son’s socks and keeps our whites so pretty.

Clorox Sanitizing Wipes, we use them in our office all the time and I’m positive it helps keep the incidents of sickness down in our area.
This past year or so, I have used Clorox Cleanup for my floors, kitchen sinks, counters, and it does a great job cleaning those black stove tops!
I also user it in my bathrooms for tub, showers, sinks and countertops!
I have our twin grandchildren at least once or twice a week and we have had not colds, flu, etc this last year!
We have three cats in the house and using Clorox Cleanup does a great job keeping those items used around the cats also.

When I did in-home daycare in my home, I used good ‘ol Clorox bleach (1:10 ratio) and Clorox wipes in the yellow container! 🙂 I felt confident all of the germs were killed, and very fast!

Personally, I use chlorox wipes – they’re so easy to just grab and go. And once they get too dirty, just throw them away! It’s great for me, a college student, especially when I help clean up my boyfriend’s place- still can’t believe how messy guys can be 😛
CLorox Clean-Up with Bleach is my favorite! It is perfect for cleaning up cat and dog messes, the counter where I have been cutting meats or just any other area that I know needs a really good clean!

Clorox Clean Up Cleaner with Bleach is my “go to” cleaner and is, hands down, a must have for cleaning. I use it in the kitchen, bathrooms, on grandkids toys, on phones… and on and on.
