  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard

  3. Cut the rolls in half and place on the cookie sheet close together.
  4. Brush half of the butter/mustard mixture onto the bottom on each roll.
  5. Layer a piece of ham and half a piece of swiss cheese onto each sandwich.
  6. Place the top of the roll on top of the ham and cheese.
  7. Brush the remaining butter/mustard mixture on top of each sandwich and sprinkle some additional dried minced garlic on top as well.
  8. Wait 10 minutes to allow the butter to soak into the bread.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until tops are browned.
  11. *You can assemble these sandwiches a day ahead of time, but you don't need to if you want them right away. Also, you can double or triple this recipe for large crowds!
